Friday 3rd May:

  • * 5:30pm – site opens
  • * 6:30pm – soup kitchen (garb-optional)
  • * 7:30pm – Adrienne’s Vigil (open invite)

Saturday 4th May:

  • * 7:30am – breakfast, caffeination and preparation
  • * 9:00am – Opening Court, including Joana’s Laurel elevation
  • * 10:30am – Final court of Aonghus and Ginevra, including Adrienne’s Pelican elevation
  • * 12:00pm – Lunch
  • * 1:00pm – Coronation Court
  • * 2:00pm – market
  • * 2:00pm – Kingdom Arts & Sciences competition – judging
  • * 3:45pm (approx.) – Kingdom Arts & Sciences competition – entry viewing
  • * 4:30pm – first court of incoming Crown
  • * 5:30pm – feast begins
  • * 9:00pm – bardic circle / entertainments

Sunday 5th May:

  • * 9:00am – A&S Class – Introduction to Glass Bead Making (see A&S class details further down this page)

Arts & Science Classes

Sunday 5th May:

9:00am – Introduction to Glass Bead Making – HRM Ginevra Lucia di Namoraza

This is an introduction to making glass and creating your own glass making setups, and hopefully enjoy a brief glass-making experience.

10:00am – Processing linen flax – Bennet Vernon

This will be a show and tell session on the basics of processing European flax into linen using recently-made, basic processing equipment. The session is building on the learning given to us by Melissa and Nate at the last Canterbury Faire.
